By engaging AI Soft Nepal, you agree to provide accurate project requirements and timely feedback to enable delivery.

Proposal scope, timelines, and pricing are finalized in writing before development starts. Custom change requests may affect delivery timeline and budget.

Deliverables remain property of AI Soft Nepal until agreed payments are completed. Upon payment, ownership of final project assets transfers as defined in the contract.

We provide support based on the selected maintenance package. Third-party service downtime (hosting, APIs, cloud vendors) is outside our direct control.
